ANTI CORRUPTION & BRIBERY POLICY / WHISTLE BLOWER POLICY

This BGOC ACABP/ WBP policy insists on - zero tolerance towards bribery and corruption. It provides guidelines to team members on how to deal with bribery and corruption issues and report to the concerned authorities.

Policy is applicable to all team members across Baba Group and its units / Offices across India. It is therefore, the responsibility of all them to follow and adhere to all elements.

V.P. Finance & HR shall monitor the effectiveness and review the implementation of the compliance principles set forth in this Policy, regularly considering its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

Policy prohibits all forms of bribery/corruption/cash payments receiving or giving money directly or indirectly expecting some favor in the short or long run – within the group frame work/activities.

Compliments on some special occassions such as (new year, diwali & christmas) are to be exchanged by both the parties which does not include cash/gold items.

In case any individual – he or she finds the problem; then individual must immediately report the matter formally to their HOD and who intern takes it up with VP-Finance & HR to undertake necessary action to stop the practice and take necessary corrective or preventive actions. Issues are closely monitored by the Directors.
