DIVERSITY, DISCRIMINATION AND HARRASMENT
This prevents from discriminating against workers / team members based on their race, gender, age, disability or religion. All team members in their respective departments are treated equally without any discrimination and any such issues are dealt firmly.
We considered 3 types of Workplace harassment to educate the employees for preventing workplace harassment :-

Team members are given freedom to express any difficulties / issues / problems with coworkers to their HOD’s. He / She is expected to take action and report the incident to the division head who updated the VP-Finance & HR and Directors
